To help make your stay smooth and stress-free, we’ve pulled together answers to the most common questions about booking, arrival, house rules and check-out.

Check-in begins at four in the afternoon and check-out is at ten in the morning. Early arrival or a later departure can be requested, and if granted, an hour is charged at ten pounds.

The maximum occupancy is the number stated on the original booking. If this is exceeded, a charge of fifty pounds per person may be applied, and additional overnight guests not agreed in advance are also charged at fifty pounds per guest per night.

Pets are permitted but must be declared at the time of booking, and an extra cleaning fee applies.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If smoke is detected, a charge of seventy-five pounds may be applied.

We have iron and ironing board in the lodge as well as a hairdryer.

At least fourteen days’ notice is needed to receive any refund. If cancellation happens within fourteen days of arrival, or if the stay is shortened for any reason, the payment is non-refundable.

A pre-authorisation of one hundred and fifty pounds is taken on the payment card used for the booking. This acts as a security deposit.

Lost or stolen keys are charged at one hundred pounds per key, and the keys must always remain at the property. If keys are misplaced outside office hours and you need help gaining entry, there is a further call-out charge of one hundred pounds.

Windows must be securely closed whenever you are not in the property and again at check-out. Leaving windows open may incur a charge of thirty pounds per window.

You are responsible for the property and its contents during your stay and must leave everything clean and tidy. Any loss, breakage or damage caused by you or anyone you bring into the building will be charged in full.

The owner reserves the right to terminate a stay at any time if there is abuse towards staff or other guests, mistreatment of the property, criminal activity, or a breach of these terms.

Authorised staff may enter at reasonable times, and immediately in emergencies, even without prior notice.

The property does not provide insurance or accept liability for any loss or damage to your possessions, so valuables should not be left in the apartment.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between eight in the evening and eight in the morning. Repeated complaints about noise can result in the stay being terminated at the guest’s cost.

Smoking inside may lead to a seventy-five pound charge, lost keys are charged at one hundred pounds, assistance with access outside office hours is also one hundred pounds, and undeclared extra guests are charged at fifty pounds per person per night.

Dirty towels should be placed in the bath, the dishes washed and put away, all food removed from the fridge, rubbish taken out, and the property left clean with windows secured. All bedding should be stripped and placed at the bottom of the bed.
